Semi-auto Paper Labeling Machine

This machine is for small production of round cans, bottles and other round containers, where a fully automatic line is not economic.  The machine works with hot-melt glue and can be used for normal labels.  The change-over period for different containers or label size can be minutes.

The operator only handles the container, while label are fed, aligned and applied automatically.

The application of hot-melt is profitable because the cleaning of the glue pan is not necessary. To guarantee a constant viscosity of hot-melt, the temperature is controlled by an electric thermostat.
