The spine die-casting machine is the focus of company’s product development, it is developed on the base of absorption of foreign equipments, and it is used to produce the spines for tubular positive plates. The spine die-casting machine got the certificate of new model patent and won the recognition and praise from the users on the market.

Application: it is used to fill the lead oxide to the tubes of the positive plates. Composition: vibrator, jigs, negative pressure cleaning devices, metering devices, storage silo, powder cycling devices, dust collection devices and control panel.

d) Oxide ball drum is the core part for the whole line system. It’s running by main electric motor. The positive high pressure blower pipe was installed in the drum. When we start the machine, the lead granulate was rubbing each other and the temperature will raise, and then the face of lead will oxidant and off. During this process, the wind will be supply of positive high pressure blower and the oxide was conveyor into bag house and collected. The main motor power is 37 kw.

OPERATION: put the battery in the automatically rolling entry, the battery will be sent into the machine, then all the water cleaning drying will be completed automatically and to the next workstation;

Application: 28-200 Ah common/maintenance-free storage batteries batch assembly and check measurement for startup purpose. Features: Fully automatic transmission on single machine or whole line. PLC full automatic control of assembly process and on-line test. Any defect will be automatically rejected to ensure high assembling quality of batteries.

The battery is located accurately, then the machine will print manufacturing date on the battery automatically. The parameters of temperature and time are controlled by computer automatically and accurately.

Applicable tp test welding of 28-200Ah car battery; Apply a constant current into two lug, you can detect the bubble(the diameter is over 3), faulse welding, splashed lead according to the voltage change.

If the operators move the battery onto the station and locate it accurately, setp on the foot switch, the testing nozzle will automatically go down to the position and feet the air into the cells.

Applicate fpr sealing the acid filling hole of 28-200Ah car battery. If the operators move the battery onto the bench and locate it accurately, pull the aluminum foil onto the battery hole, step on the foot switch, then the machine will automatically seal the battery hole with aluminum foil.

Applicable for heat sealing of containers and cover for 28-200Ah car batteries. The fully sealing process is controlled by computer accurately. The heating plate is made of special alloy, and can be easily changed. Low voltage electric heater will be in safety and long life. Technological parameters can be set in digital manner.
