High precision engraved applicator roll ensure uniform glue application and less glue consumption.
Auto-circulating glue feeding system is applied to avoid glue depositing.
driving source is from double facer, individual driven with automatic synchronization of every layer is optional.
The sel-preheating device speeds up glue gelling and creat a stronger glue bond.
Designed of pressure roll system, the maximum speed is 150m/min, designed of pressure shoe system, the maximum speed is 200m/min.
Oil-coating device is optional.
