Double Baker Facer
The hot plate is surfaced ground with 600mm in width, according to requirement, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 21pieces of hot plate can be configured in heating section. The temperature redout device is optional.
Dense weight rolls are applied in three groups, pressure shoe or chain plate instead of weight roll is optional, motorized lifting or lowering as a whole, hydraulic lifting or lowering system is optional.
Dese weight rolls of cooling section ensure perfect forming quality. Chain plate instead of weight rolls is optional.
Manual deviation-correcting device is equipped for the upper and lower cotton belt. Automatic deviation-correcting device is optional for upper cotton belt.
