Automatic Rewinding and Punching Machine

1. Description:

   This Automatic Rewinding Punching Machine is a medium and high class toilet rolls processing equipment which is designed in accordance with the needs of the market and integrates the advantages of the economy, practical operation and high efficiency.
   The whole machine adopts PLC programming, frequency conversion speed, two or three unwinding stands, two wide feeding belts and the independent buffering cylinder. It is also equipped with the several adjustable arc shape rubber rollers so as to adjust the parent roll and remove the wrinkles. A couple of paper cores can be placed at one time and the position of the paper core can be adjusted. Rolls with different paper core sizes can be produced. It achieves automatic trimming with ends, features tidy trimming and leaves 5-15mm ends in the end trimming position. The flat belt, synchronic belt and chains are used for the transmission system. The transmission is stable. It has automatic counting device, adjustable pitch, adjustable size and weight for the paper balls and the function of stopping when the tissue is broken.
    This machine consists of 7 parts: material paper part, paper feeding paper, printing part, embossing part, punching part, rewinding part and controlling part.
